Prior to his resignation as Woodlands coach a little over a year ago, Woodward had 20 years of experience as a high school football coach, starting in 1999 with five seasons at Mountain View, three at Hudsons Bay and nine at Westview of Poway, Calif., before coming to Woodland. Woodward was voted the Greater St. Helens League Coach of the Year during the 2002 season. Low 43F.
